1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Whitetail Outlaws Hat Co. website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and subscribers of The Monthly Lid Club.
2. Products and Subscriptions
The Monthly Lid Club
- The Monthly Lid Club is a recurring subscription service that delivers one exclusive custom hat per month.
- Month-to-month subscribers may cancel at any time before their next billing date.
- 6-month commitment subscribers agree to six consecutive monthly payments. Cancellation before the commitment period ends is not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Hat designs are exclusive, limited-run, and vary each month. Specific designs cannot be requested or guaranteed.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and have no expiration date unless otherwise stated.
- Gift vouchers may be applied toward any product or subscription available on our website.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes affecting their plan.
- Payment is processed at the time of purchase or at the start of each billing cycle for subscriptions.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- Shipping times may vary but are typically 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or stolen packages should be reported to both the carrier and to us at Jason@whitetailoutlaws.com.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the exclusive, limited-run nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations need to be made before the 15th of the month to prevent charging of your card for that month’s drop.
- Month-to-Month: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- 6-Month Commitment: 6-Month members need to send an email to jason@whitetailoutlaws.com. To be fair to all members, there will be a $6.00 charge for every hat received before the 6-month commitment was fulfilled.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Whitetail Outlaws Hat Co. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
8. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the site
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitetail Outlaws Hat Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product colors and details may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Ellis County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
